1. Cleanse:
Start your reset with the Golden Oats Bar Soap. Wet your skin, lather the bar in your loofah or a washcloth, and massage over the body in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Use daily for a gentle, hydrating cleanse that soothes sensitive skin.

2. Exfoliate:
2–3 times per week (body) ; 1-2 times per week (face), follow up with Wake Up! Facial & Body Polish. Apply to damp skin, massaging gently in upward circular motions to exfoliate dull, dry skin. Rinse and enjoy the energized glow. Avoid open cuts or broken skin.

3. Moisturize:
Lock in hydration and moisture with Moisture Luxe Whipped Body Butter. Apply to slightly damp skin and massage in until fully absorbed. A little goes a long way. Use daily for long-lasting moisture and skin-softening benefits.
