Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns.
However, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@merittallure.com with a photo/video of damaged/defective or wrong item within 3 days and we will ship a replacement item to you!

Meritt Allure is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your items, please contact USPS or UPS for further information.
