Shipping policy

All products are handcrafted to order in small batches. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Shipping time via USPS or UPS can vary from 2-8 business days. Packages are shipped Monday - Wednesday. When order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

If your order has been returned because address provided is incorrect, you will be charged a reshipping fee.

Shipping: Summer Months

The consistency of our body butters can change due to heat. If your body butter has melted upon arrival, please stir and put body butter in the refrigerator to solidify. Also, you can re-whip your melted body butter once solidified with a hand mixer. Please try your best to bring items inside immediately upon arrival. Packages are shipped Monday - Wednesday.

Body Butters, Moisture Treats & Moisture Mints orders will be delivered in insulated packaging with a cooling pack in order to maintain temperature and consistency. (additional fees will apply)
